The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the furniture was excellent—the bed was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean. Communication with the staff was smooth, and they were incredibly friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mrs. Heba, the reservations manager, who helped us quickly and efficiently with everything we needed. The breakfast was superb—delicious with a wide variety of options.
