The butler and concierge services exceeded expectations, anything we needed was sorted for us immediately - one evening we needed medication from the pharmacy and it was delivered to us at our table in the restaurant within about half an hour.

I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked.
